Showcasing Samsara’s bustling internal culture and attracting likeminded talent.

In the hyper-growth world of Samsara, internal branding often took a backseat to delivering for customers. But as we grew, we realized how we represent ourselves internally matters just as much as how we look on the outside. With hiring quickly becoming a priority, we set out to create an internal brand system, revamp our careers microsite, deliver annual reporting, and reach new talent with targeted social ads. By highlighting employee stories and showcasing our cultural values, our goal was to reach top sales and engineering candidates throughout the US and Europe.
